Due to the collectible nature of our products, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.
Opening, assembling, or using a collector’s item immediately affects its condition, and value. For this reason, returned items cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
To ensure peace of mind, you are welcome to inspect your order at the time of delivery while standing with the courier.

Once the order has been accepted from the courier, it is considered delivered in good condition and cannot be refunded or returned.
