Delivery Timeframes
Shipping typically takes 2–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, our team will contact you to assist with re-delivery or further arrangements.

Order Inspection
You are welcome to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it matches what you ordered before accepting it from the courier.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order to avoid delays.
